Mother's Day Top Picks 

Yep, it's that time of year again when we celebrate all those amazing mums in our lives! We have compiled a collection of our most popular products for Mother's Day especially for you. Whether you are making a gift or looking for one, our collection of fabric, patterns and other bits and bobs will be sure to inspire - they inspire us!

Patterns
The Kate Dress 

First up is the fantastic Kate Dress pattern by Sew Me Something, a beautiful company based in Stratford-Upon-Avon. All of their patterns are Shakespearean inspired and we absolutely adore them. The Kate Dress pattern is the perfect edition to a sewing bundle if you are compiling one as a gift, but even more fantastic if you know that special ladies measurements and can make it as a gift! It requires light to medium weight fabrics such as printed craft cotton, linen, poplin, denim, crepe or satin crepe. The Eclipse by Horn

Next up, we'd like to mention The Eclipse by Horn. The picture above is a model we recently sold to one of our customers Liz. For anyone who isn't aware who Horn are, they lead the way in specialty cabinets and furniture, designed specifically for sewing. The Eclipse is a great cabinet with its extra stable construction, reinforced frame and easy roll castors. There is ample amounts of storage but what we love most is the Maxi Air Lift System, that lists your machine! No more lifting it out of a cupboard and onto a desk.. simple press down on your machine to hide it, then do the same again to raise it. Fantastic. So we thought it worth a mention in our top picks, a fantastic investment for those sewing mums!

Nutex Printed Wincy Flannel 61529-103 Red Cows

Lastly, one of our favourite picks in our collection is this fantastically soft and luxurious flannel fabric by Nutex. It is an absolutely fantastic fabric for pyjamas! Who doesn't love a cow? and the red is a very beautiful, rich red.. we just love it! We have included a pyjama sewing pattern in our collection which works brilliantly with this flannel.
